Sometimes I feel a lot of expenditures made are not really required and also the focus is all wrong.
Maybe we didn’t really need free bus rides and our electricity bills to be reimbursed. Because to be honest we can easily afford it. Providing it for the people who cannot afford it makes sense though, but not everyone needs it. What I would need instead is dustbins in every other corner so that the waste is not dumped on the roads, more public toilets so that men don’t pee at the side of the roads and freaking street lights on all the roads, so that I don’t get scared to travel alone at night.
What we need are better roads and roads that are not overflowing with stinky water. What we need is shelter for the poor street dogs. I don’t know why dumping waste on the street is not questioned and stopped. I really don’t know why people are not scared of littering and spitting on the streets. But why is it that when the same people when they go abroad don’t really do these things?
Maybe because these things are not really given any importance here, maybe the rules aren’t strict here.
Maybe we don’t need new things to be introduced in our country rather improve what is already there and make it better first?
