I’m unable to form words. My heart feels heavy on my chest though.
You know the person that’s on your mind right now?
Please tell them you love and appreciate them. Hug them if you are lucky to have them close to you. Make them feel you are grateful for their existence, if not by words then by actions or whatever is your love language.
Love endlessly and be kind to the ones who love and care for you. Do your bit for the society, ’cause we are coexisting in this tiny planet that’s our home.
Let’s treat our planet with love and care. Let’s not abuse and exploit it.
Let’s treat our body with care and love too. Eat healthy and drink lots of water. You are allowed to have cheat days but don’t overdo it. Let’s not harm our body in anyway.
Heal yourself and try to forget about the ones who did you wrong, try to let those memories rest (even I’m trying my best to). If they have changed, let’s not bring up their past and let them go in peace. Don’t let these things consume you.
You be the best version of yourself, be happy and focus on your life. Have your boundaries in place.
Count your blessings and make the best of the time you have with your loved ones.
‘Cause human life is fleeting, let’s say I love yous often when we have them with us and not when it’s too late.
I don’t know why in India most people don’t express their feelings openly. Sometimes it’s really necessary to say things like,
“I’m proud of you”
“you are so brave, I know you are doing your best”
“I’m sorry”
“thank you”
“it’s going to be okay, I’m here for you”
“what happened, do you want to talk?”
These are the things I really wanted to hear in the past, but never really got them. Every person I know have hurt me and I’m talking to them without an apology.
I don’t know if it is the same outside India too? I’ve not travelled enough.
Empathy is so important and “the right kind of empathy”.
So empathize, reach out and help as much as you can.
I love you so much.
