Also, make sure you exercise, do yoga, go for a run/walk or do any form of physical activity. If like me, you don’t have the stamina to work out, take your earphones and go for a walk.

If something someone did is bothering you too much and you’re not able to let it go, give them a piece of your mind, block and forget they exist (that’s what I do).

I always root for standing up for yourself if you’ve been wronged, with the help of words and nothing else. Make sure you let it go after that though, ’cause life is too short to dwell on these things. (I’m speaking from experience)

Follow your heart and make smart decisions and choices.

Talk to someone if it gets heavy.

Please take care of yourself and stay safe.

Talk to God and pray always.
