If you are too sick to go out, like me on somedays (sometimes I’m too sick and weak to do anything), make the best of the time by listening to an audio book or a podcast maybe? or watch something that you love. Anything that’s comforting and soothing. (if you can’t focus like me sometimes, it’s okayyy, you ll get the hang of it after a while)
Keep your space clean and have a happy corner, it could be a bookshelf or a painting or probably a bulletin board with pictures of your favorite things and pictures, or it could even be a plant or a vase of flowers. Anything that you like. Having that in your space can add some positivity.
Go to a park and just sit, get some air and watch the kids play. That is so refreshing for the mind.
I absolutely love listening to instrumental music, like piano, violin, cello or anything. You can probably try that? I enjoy music of all genres and languages. I listen according to my mood. If I’m sick I listen to something soothing.
If you are someone who is too busy all the time, make sure you set aside some time in the day for “me time”. It could be anything that you like, but make sure you have some time to breathe and relax. Because we hustling to live life not live a life to hustle, you know?
