I tried making a friend in my apartment, Let’s call him Naidu. From day 1, he started giving me unsolicited advises, when I didn’t go asking for it.
He would stop me every single day to complain about how many people smile at him and doesn’t and how he feels about that. You won’t believe it mom, he repeats the same thing every single day.
He feels human death is trivial and he supports war and he constantly complains about his wife. I don’t agree with these things at all. He said a lot of things which is outdated and against my beliefs and values.
He even called me self centered when I’m really not.
I go out to walk so that I can listen to music, audio book or podcast. I don’t think I want to hear a fully grown man complain about these unnecessary things to me every single day and throw unsolicited advises at me every single day.
So I cut him off.
