When someone is financially and emotionally ready to have children and 100% sure they are capable of handling the challenges that will arise, they should be allowed to have children.
These are the only factors that should be checked when someone wants children and not if they are married or not married, because marriage is irrelevant.
I’m not sure why I have to use the word “allowed” when it is the choice of the individual. But since there are certain governmental rules which I guess our dead ancestors decided and is still followed in my country, I have no choice but to use the word “allowed”.
