I’ve been going there since 2 years.
Since I moved to Electronic City.
I always mind my business and read my book or work.
I have a lot of problems at home so I go there to get some peace of mind.
Sometimes I cry. Whenever I cry they play music intentionally so that I leave.
And sometimes they ask me if they should get the bill so that I leave.
They are extremely inconsiderate towards people’s mental health.
In February, one of the staff started speaking to me.
Everytime she speaks to me, she talks about all her problems.
Honestly I have bigger problems than her but still I’m always polite and empathize and encourage her.
I go there to escape from my problems and every time I go there she keeps talking to me and dumps all her problems on me.
Inspite of this I was always polite.
I started considering her as my friend because she spoke about meeting me outside.
We started talking for sometime and she kept trauma dumping on me.
Because she was talking about her problems I felt it’s okay to share mine and one day when I was going through hell at home I called her and told her I’m not okay.
She told me she will call back but she never called back.
She didn’t even leave a text asking what happened.
So I deleted her number because this isn’t friendship. She always dumps her problems on me and I encourage her but she doesn’t care about me when I told her I’m feeling low.
After a week I went there again because I was having problems at home.
She came and spoke to me and I told her I fought with parents.
She asked me to find a job and I said I’m waiting for my YouTube credit and she brutally started gaslighting and hurting me, so I told her politely I’m not interested in speaking to you.
Because of the entire experience I had with her.
Immediately another male staff came to me and started ogling at my chest continuously and I left.
I complained to the manager and he said this won’t repeat and he has spoken to them.
So I went there again and they gave me a card and tried to force the friendship that was never there.
After that incident I complained to the senior manager and he promised to treat me right.
On his word I went there again.
They intentionally served me bitter hot chocolate and my tongue is itching after drinking it.
When I confronted the senior manager he gaslighted me saying nothing is wrong with the drink and started gaslighting the whole thing that happened there.
I asked him to fuck off and walked away.
This is the most pathetic experience I’ve ever had in my life.
