When I’m talking to someone and what they are speaking is negative or sexual or something that I don’t agree with, I always divert the conversation to something simpler.
Like trees, food, music or something that I see around that I love. I try to make them grateful about life.
I always keep conversations light, like how I speak on my YouTube.
I never trauma dump, I say only 10% probably. Even to my therapist.
I don’t like it when someone dumps on me as well, because I always have bigger problems. I just don’t talk about them.
