Note.

Another thing I notice before I allow someone in my life is, how they behave when I say no, when I set a boundary and when I cry.

These things are important to me.

….

There are so many people in this world and everyone are unique and different in their own ways.

Everyone are valuable and precious.

Your value doesn’t decrease or increase when someone rejects you or whether someone is there in your life or no.

Sometimes things don’t work out and go our way, it’s the way of life and it’s quite normal.

You are valuable and those reasons doesn’t define your worth.

If people can learn to maintain harmony by loving people from a distance (as I mentioned previously) it can drastically change the world.

We do obviously care and love everyone, like for example when we read the news and read about an avalanche or someone falling sick and battling cancer or any other thing.

Our hearts do feel for them.

We need to love everyone as a human being as a part of the society and community.

We need not get on a personal level with everyone and go out of our way even, but we can maintain that love and respect.

Also, stop attacking each other in conversations intentionally and be mindful.

I cannot stress this enough.

That’s why I’m repeating this again and again.
