I’m not trying to criticize anyone by sharing what I observed.
Because I have a habit of over apologizing too which I’ve been working on.
I feel the female employee as scope for improvement because her language was good.
She just needs to improve on certain things like the narrative about the manager and other minor things.
I believe she can do better.

I have observed a lot of things from different customer services hence I wanted to address this concern that I observed.

Having worked in technical support, I do know and understand a lot of things that goes on behind the scenes whenever I call them.
And I have made blunders myself, so I can feel their pain.

I feel there is so much more that can change in customer service industry.
Like giving ample amount of breaks to eat and use the washroom.
Give them time to make notes and not pressurize them about calls and inflow.
Also, the whole environment should be friendly and healthy.

Even though my work life as a support engineer was hell, I learnt to speak.
That was my biggest advantage of working there.
I didn’t know to speak at all before that.
I would just say words and broken sentences.
So I don’t judge anyone I speak to.
I’m giving out suggestions to improve.
That’s all.
