Whenever I give constructive criticism and point out things.

It’s because I see room for improvement.

People need to take that as a challenge and improvise.

Instead of behaving like a 2 year old in kindergarten.

And trying to defeat me for pointing out areas which is obviously not going right, in a flow and needs work and change.

Other people standing with them and doing the same thing to make it okay.

So fucking like a grown up child.

When in reality whatever they did was clearly not okay.

And my opinions, views, suggestions are valid and comes from a place of care.

People need to learn to face their mistakes head on, like I mentioned earlier.

People need to learn integrity and accountability.

Also, a lot of other things.
