I bought something from zivame app in November.

I wanted to cancel the product so I called them to cancel and they asked me to reject the product at the doorstep.

When the delivery agent called, I asked him to cancel the delivery.

He gave me an otp to cancel.

I gave the otp to him.

He marked it as delivered instead of cancelling it.

He said to me, “please take the product I marked it as delivered.”

He started begging me to take the product.

I spoke to his manager and he asked me to speak to zivame.

I spoke to zivame and the manager called me to say that refund will be credited in 7 days.

I have been calling zivame since November till February end about my refund.

Every single time I call them, they ask me to repeat the issue and I had to repeat the same thing again and again since November.

Later, they started fighting with me saying why I gave the otp to the delivery agent.

I explained the same thing to them since November till February.

Every single time I called.

I even fought with them because I lost my patience.

Every single time I asked for a callback from the manager, they promised call back in 48 hours and never call back.

Last time I spoke to them, they said refund will definitely be credited in 7 days.

But they sent me 200rs credit instead.

I have absolutely no energy to speak to them and repeat the same issue once again, which I’ve been repeating since November.

So I deleted the app.

The same issue happened with H&M and my refund was effortlessly credited in few days.

It was the most exhausting and excruciating experience I’ve ever had.

I don’t think I will be using that app again.
