Note.

I don’t know if I told you this,

But I got lost one day during childhood.

This is one of the most traumatic experiences I’ve had.

I get scared thinking about it even now sometimes in the night.

..

During my PU college, I went to Majestic with father to make bus pass.

They called us upstairs and father was not allowed to come inside.

I left father downstairs and went upstairs to make the pass.

After half hour I got the pass, I came back downstairs to meet father and he was not there.

During those days we didn’t have mobile phone.

I had just one rupee in my bag.

I didn’t know how to speak and I was a child.

I didn’t know the name of the place I was in.

The place was really huge and crowded with lots of people.

I went to the police sitting downstairs and said to him, I can’t find father.

He didn’t respond and ignored me.

I went to a payphone nearby and called sister and told her that I’m in Shivajinagar and I’m lost. I can’t find father.

(I was in Majestic, not Shivajinagar)

She was getting ready to come to Shivajinagar.

I started crying and went near the gate.

I was extremely traumatized.

I looked up at the sky and said, “God please help me.”

When I looked up and said that, I saw father standing upstairs and he immediately turned and looked at me.

He asked me to wait and came downstairs.

..

This is one of the most traumatic experiences of my childhood.

My belief in God helped me.
