Note.

I ordered something from the Zivame app on 13th November last year.

I wanted to cancel the order and I called the customer support.

They asked me to reject the order at the doorstep.

When the delivery partner called me on call, I asked him to cancel the order.

He gave me an OTP to cancel.

I gave him the OTP.

Instead of marking as cancelled, he marked it as delivered.

After that he forced me to take the order.

He said he’s a new agent and he made a mistake.

I said I don’t want it, please sort it out.

He said he cannot do anything.

I spoke to his manager and he asked me to call customer care.


I have been speaking to the customer support since November.

Every single time I call, they promise a refund after 5 days.

When I call after 5 days, they make me repeat the issue once again and once again promise a refund.

When I ask to speak to the supervisor, they promise a call back but they never call back.

When I called in anger they tried to defeat me on call and  fight with me saying why I gave the OTP.

Since November till today, I would have called more than 20 times.

There has been absolutely no resolution.

They promise to send mail, but they don’t send mail as well.

This is the most unethical behaviour I have ever faced from customer support.


Can someone from Zivame please look into this unsatisfactory and unethical support?

I want my refund.

Or I want them to face charges for what they did to me.
