The last time I called Zivame I was so angry I recorded the conversation.
They promised me a refund but it didn’t happen, so I deleted the app.
I downloaded the app 5 days ago and called them.
They promised a refund in 5 days.
When I called today they said they have no record of the issue at all.
They made me repeat the issue once again.
When I asked for a callback from the supervisor, they promised a callback.
But I didn’t get any callback.
They promised to send mail, but I didn’t get any mail.
People just want the glory that comes with creating a conflict with me.
Please don’t give them the satisfaction of that.
I want accountability from Zivame.
I want my refund.
Is the management from Zivame reading this???
