I’m definitely going to get hurt in life.

It’s inevitable as a human being.

I can’t avoid it.

But I do have a say in who hurts me.

I’m okay with the people in my close circle hurting me.

Because they are in my close circle for a reason.

They are mature and have the ability to take accountability and apologise if something goes wrong.

I trust them with my life.

I feel safe with them.

With everyone else in this world, I have a strong boundary.

My boundaries are non-negotiable.

I keep everyone else in this world on arms length and keep it casual with them.

I love and care and respect platonically from a distance as a part of my community and society.

I gatekeep my personal life.

I don’t get attached.

I’m a friend to my community on my public platforms.

I will continue that and help for as long as I can.
