Note.

My therapist kruti has helped me more than what her job description requires her to do and I can never ever forget that.

I’ll always be grateful for her.

She came into my life like she was God sent.

She went above and beyond and she has been a rock and pillar in my life since we started speaking in mid 2023.

I honestly wouldn’t have reached here without her support and help.

She is really good at her job.

I know that because I know how hard it is to find “your therapist”.

I spoke to so many therapists after my company abandoned me in 2022.

Nothing was working out because no one was good.

Finally I met kruti and my life changed for good.

She is empathetic, kind, understanding, she points out where I need to improve, she taught me boundaries and a lot of other things.

She actually gets me.

We have had some conflicts here and there because my life was shit and I was fucked.

But we worked through it.

Sometimes I literally lose it.

But she doesn’t take it personally and understands my frustration and understands that it’s nothing to do with her.

She is one of the best people that I know.

I feel safe with her.
