He would have never imagined people would do such things on his platform.

No one would.

We should bring it to his notice and ask him to make changes to the app ASAP.

If someone misuses Instagram.

We wouldn’t blame Meta and stop using the app completely.

The owners of these apps don’t foresee such things.

They are not to blame for it.
