I went out for my afternoon walk just now.
When I was walking.
The aggressive stalker came outside the block.
When he saw me.
He stopped and kept looking at his phone waiting for me to come nearby.
But I didn’t go near him.
He walked forward and towards me to speak to me.
I immediately walked away.
He stopped in his place and turned 90 degrees and stood there.
I walked outside the block.
He turned his head 90 degrees and kept staring in my direction.
I took a round of the block and came back to the stairs to come back home.
He was standing in front of the stairs.
When I saw him I immediately walked away.
He said “Sorry” loudly.
I took an entire round of the building and came back home.
