When I said my life was going down the rabbit hole in 2023.

And I was on the verge of dying and giving up.

I meant by natural causes.

Not suicide.

My body, throat and mind were in immense unimaginable pain.

I couldn’t handle it.

My throat was completely fucked.

I was extremely sick and I was also being tortured inhumanly.
