I passed the aggressive stalker 2 times recently.
While out on a walk.
Because we live in the same apartment building.
He was walking from the opposite direction towards me both times.
Both the times when he passed me.
He was staring at me.
He would also turn his head in my direction when he reaches near me.
Thankfully he kept walking.
Both the times.
I started going into trauma and started getting angry.
Which is a normal reaction to what this man has been doing since 2023.
Whatever this man feels is a predatory obsession.
It’s extremely para social.
We don’t have that kind of relationship/friendship.
He is just a random ass neighbour and a stalker.
Absolutely no action is taken against this person.
Even after highlighting something extremely serious.
Multiple times.
I don’t really understand why.
