You should never speak about your personal life with anyone.
Don’t involve a third person in your personal life.
The relationship should be between you and your partner.
Not you, your partner and your friends/family.
Unless your partner is being abusive or doing something that needs to be communicated to others.
Keep it private.
Because when you involve people in your personal life.
They will definitely ruin it.
Don’t show your personal messages and ask your friends/family what to reply or what to say on a date or how to say etc.
The sad part is that.
There are people who date/get into a relationship/get married.
Just so they can discuss it with their friends/family.
Just so they can be performative on socials.
The relationship doesn’t really belong exclusively to them and their partner.
I feel sorry for them.
Because a relationship should be sacred and special.
Something that stays exclusively between you and your partner.
If it is really special.
You won’t feel the need to display and announce it to the world and be performative on socials.
